Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes and follow the Point of Sale Process from tour to move-in.
• Follow up on leads, applications and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and leasing activity.
• Coordinate with Sales and Maintenance teams on unit status and work orders.
• Promote positive online reputation and provide excellent customer service.
