Job summary

Holland Residential LLC in San Pedro, CA, seeks a personable leasing professional for 550 Harbor Front. The Sales Associate leases apartments, promotes renewals, and delivers excellent customer service per Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.

Responsibilities include tours, applications and leases, deposits, and accurate records in our property management software. A strong communicator with knowledge of lease documents and Fair Housing laws is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or related coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Knowledge of Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes following the POS process, including tours, follow-up, and applications.
• Manage leases and renewals to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Process deposits, rents, and payments in the property management system.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and leasing activity daily.
• Coordinate with Sales and Maintenance teams on unit status and maintenance requests.
• Promote positive online reviews and ensure property cleanliness.
