Job summary

Holland Residential in Seattle is seeking a Sales Associate to lease apartment homes and support renewals, delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects at Dimension in Seattle, WA. The position involves guiding tours, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins while upholding Holland Partner Group's Core Values.

You will collaborate with the Sales and Maintenance Teams to ensure accurate leasing activity, promote positive online reviews, and maintain documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• One to two years of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant and Fair Housing laws.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a mobile leasing environment.
• Proficiency with Yardi, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Lease apartment homes following the sales process: tour, follow-up, application, lease, and move-in.
• Coordinate with residents and management; document all interactions and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of leases, property, and unit conditions.
• Assist in increasing property income and lease renewals; promote renewals and upsell.
