Job summary

Holland Residential LLC seeks a personable leasing professional for 550 Harbor Front in San Pedro, CA. The Sales Associate will lease apartments, encourage renewals, and deliver exceptional customer service consistent with Holland Partner Group’s values.

Requirements include a high school diploma (college degree preferred), 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience, knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook; Yardi experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience required; retail experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Landlord Tenant and Fair Housing Laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a mobile leasing environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi software preferred.
• Ability to understand and clearly explain lease documents.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact at the property, providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Lease apartments following the Point of Sale Process from tour to move-in.
• Maintain documentation of all leasing activity and follow-ups in the system.
• Promote online reviews to support reputation management goals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Maintenance teams on unit status and work orders.
