Qualifications

• Coordinate leasing to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Maintain move-in readiness and schedule maintenance items.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leasing data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for appeal.
