You will stay informed about market conditions, design marketing plans, drive traffic, and use OneSite, Yardi or similar PM software to track activity and manage resident data.

Qualifications

• Greeting prospects and qualifying leads to set appointments.
• Processing applications, credit checks, and move-in packages.
• Maintaining resident relations and supporting lease renewals.
