Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Florida community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease documents to drive occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires ongoing interaction with residents, applicants, and internal teams to ensure a seamless leasing process and timely lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are move-in ready; coordinates with maintenance for open items.
