Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across community properties. You will conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires attention to market trends, strong customer service, and the ability to drive traffic through online and referral programs. A valid driver’s license is necessary for on-site operations.

Competenze

Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Mansioni

Coordinate leasing activities to meet occupancy goals, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance needs to ensure move-in readiness.
Monitor market conditions, develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and employer outreach, using online tools.
Track availability and leasing activity in on-site software and manage resident data.
Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
Follow up with prospects and new residents to secure lease decisions and renewals.
Support lease renewal process with letters, packages, and pre-renewal outreach.
