Greystar is seeking a part-time leasing professional in Florida to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and prepare leases, ensuring move-in readiness and high occupancy.

The role involves implementing marketing plans, driving traffic through online tools, and following up to secure leases and renewals, with on-site duties and occasional evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting property tours and showing apartments.
• Ability to process applications, credit screening, and background checks.
• Strong marketing and tenant outreach skills.
• Excellent communication with residents and prospects.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Ensure move-in packages are prepared and units are ready for occupancy.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic via online platforms and referrals.
• Track availability and leasing activity using property management software.
• Maintain show units to meet standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Support lease renewals with timely letters and packages.
