Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Community Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to boost occupancy. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi is expected, with strong customer service and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing and renewals to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to screen applicants, prepare leases, and coordinate move-ins.
• Knowledge of on-site marketing and leasing best practices.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and perform credit checks.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities and drive traffic via internet channels.
• Track availability and leasing activities in property software.
• Prepare lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
