Wallick Communities is seeking a Community Manager to oversee Ohio properties, including Middlefield and North Olmsted locations. You will lead leasing and maintenance staff, manage payroll, rent collections, and vendor payments, while maintaining occupancy goals.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year as a residential property manager (HUD/Section 8 a plus) or 3 years in a general manager role. High School diploma required; associate’s degree a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a residential property manager; HUD/Section 8 experience a big plus.
• Education: High School diploma; associate’s degree is a plus.
• Dependable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Resident-focused mindset and commitment to service.
• Deadline-driven with attention to detail, compliance, and quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a big plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance staff to deliver a great resident experience.
• Process community staff payroll and oversee payroll accuracy.
• Ensure rent collections and deposit of funds; manage invoices and payments.
• Maintain occupancy targets and positive relationships with owners and residents.
• Complete move-out paperwork, inspections, and timely reporting to supervisors.
• Perform other duties aligned with company standards.
