Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles; preferably in student housing.
• Must have completed 1 full leasing cycle in previous position.
• Licenses/certifications strongly preferred or required in some cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to achieve occupancy and budgeting targets.
• Manage monthly financials and NOI improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate Leasing & Marketing plans with Associate Community Manager.
• Oversee facilities maintenance planning and vendor contracts.
• Ensure excellent resident service and resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and risk controls.
• Support HR processes, staffing and performance reviews.
