Wallick Communities is seeking a Community Manager to lead leasing and maintenance teams in our Ohio communities, ensuring strong occupancy and resident satisfaction. You’ll manage payroll, invoices, and supply levels while upholding company standards.

The role requires 1+ year as a residential property manager (HUD/Section 8 a plus) or 3 years in a general manager role, with a focus on leadership, process management, and reliable transportation.

Formación

• 1+ year experience as a residential property manager or 3 years in a general manager role with leadership and process management experience.
• COS, LIHTC, HCCP, or AHM is a plus and can be pursued after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance staff to deliver excellent resident experiences.
• Process community staff payroll and ensure accuracy.
• Oversee rent collections and deposit of monies due to the community.
• Process invoices and manage supplies for the community.
• Maintain occupancy levels and positive relationships with owners and residents.
• Review rental applications for approval.
• Complete move-out paperwork and conduct inspections.
• Audit resident files and ensure documentation is complete for reviews.
• Submit required reports to government agencies and company leadership.
• Maintain community standards and perform other duties as assigned.
