Qualifications

• Residential property management experience (1–3 years) required.
• Experience with OneSite is required.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel to other sites, including out-of-state travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets; drive property performance by meeting/exceeding occupancy and rental income goals.
• Develop action plans when performance falls below expectations and collaborate with leadership.
• Oversee leasing strategy, pricing, and renewals.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction through timely service and proactive communication.
• Ensure CRM is properly managed and leads are followed up per policy.
• Partner with maintenance leadership to ensure timely service requests and safety standards.
