Wallick Communities is seeking a Community Manager in Salem, OH. This full-time role (35 hours/week, 8:00am-4:00pm) oversees leasing, maintenance teams, and financial operations for a Salem-area community. The position requires strong leadership and a focus on resident satisfaction.

You will manage payroll, rent collections, and vendor payments, while maintaining occupancy and compliance. Wallick emphasizes employee ownership, robust benefits, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Experience as a residential property manager or a similar leadership role (HUD/Section 8 experience a big plus).
• High School diploma required; associate’s degree a plus; COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM certifications beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to deliver a great resident experience.
• Process community staff payroll and manage finances for the property.
• Ensure rent collections are received and deposited; process invoices and maintain supplies.
• Maintain occupancy targets and positive relationships with owners and residents.
• Complete move-out paperwork and inspections; ensure regulatory reporting and company standards.
