Job summary

Wilcox Communities seeks a full-time Community Manager to join our Central Ohio team, overseeing day-to-day operations, performance, and resident experience at one of our mid-rise communities in Worthington. Prior experience as a Property Manager in conventional housing is required.

You will lead onsite teams, manage budgets, and partner with maintenance and leasing staff to drive occupancy and service excellence while upholding Fair Housing standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of residential property management experience or relevant leadership, operations and performance management experience.
• Proven ability to meet the financial goals of our communities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in management software and MS Office
• Excellent understanding of Fair Housing Laws and Standards
• Schedule is dependent on property performance and needs

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, performance, and customer experience at the community.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to train, develop, manage, and ensure teams have resources to thrive.
• Drive leasing performance and budgeting activities while ensuring compliance with company policies.
