Qualificações

• Two years’ property management experience, including supervision of others and direct client services.
• LIHTC/HUD certification within six months of hire (employer paid).
• Proficient in using property management software and standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage resident relations to maintain occupancy and ensure excellent customer service.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and compliance with housing regulations and HUD requirements.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and dashboards; monitor delinquencies and vacancies.
• Supervise staff, schedule coverage, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Maintain HIPAA safeguards and ensure confidentiality of client information.
• Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines and agency policies.
