Job summary

Catholic Housing Services is seeking a compassionate Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one or more affordable housing communities. You will supervise onsite staff, coordinate with maintenance and supportive services, and help ensure residents have a safe, healthy living environment.

The role involves leadership in budgeting, compliance with housing requirements, and maintaining strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of on-site property management experience including supervising others.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs in Property Management.
• Proficient computer skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to use property management software.

Responsibilities

• Promote a healthy, team-oriented work environment with a focus on quality, performance, and customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and supervise onsite staff including Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Tech, and Custodial staff.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, and compliance with funding requirements and housing standards.
