Job summary

Catholic Housing Services is seeking a compassionate Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at affordable housing communities. You will supervise onsite staff, coordinate with maintenance and supportive services, and ensure safe, compliant, and well-run properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of on-site property management experience including supervising others.
• Ability to meet KPIs in Property Management.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and a property management software.

Responsibilities

• Promote a healthy, team-oriented environment with a focus on quality, performance and resident service.
• Supervise onsite staff including the Assistant Property Manager and Maintenance/Custodial teams.
• Screen, hire, onboard and train new personnel following company guidelines.
• Ensure staff training, coaching and guidance to improve performance.
• Complete daily/weekly office and maintenance checklists and schedules.
