Job summary

Catholic Community Services seeks a Property Manager to oversee on-site operations, supervise staff, manage leases, and ensure a safe, healthy living environment for residents across its housing portfolio in Western Washington.

You will work with maintenance and support services, handle fiscal management, admissions, renewals, and compliance, while guiding a team to achieve KPI targets and serve residents with compassion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-site property management experience including supervising others.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage leases, renewals and resident certifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote a healthy, team-oriented work environment with quality customer service.
• Show units, process applications and orient new tenants.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, funder requirements and HUD/fair housing laws.
• Oversee property operations, maintenance, accounts payable and policy adherence.
• Prepare weekly property reports and corrective action plans as needed.
• Coordinate budgeting, rent collection and financial reporting.
