Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee housing at formerly homeless and very low-income sites. You will supervise staff, ensure fair, trauma-informed service delivery, and maintain properties to support stability and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include overseeing rent collection, certifications, and compliance with HUD/LIHTC requirements, while coordinating with corporate leadership to meet budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two years’ property management experience with direct supervision of others and client services.
• Experience with homeless population and affordable housing; HUD & Tax Credit preferred.
• LIHTC/HUD certification within six months of hire (employer paid).

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned properties by responding to emergencies, collecting rents, and delivering notices.
• Enforce community policies and sanctions, up to evictions.
• Prepare move-in/out documentation and maintain tenancy files.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with annual audits and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and coordinate wrap-around services.
