Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington seeks an experienced Property Manager to lead staff and oversee daily operations at an assigned property. You will drive occupancy strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage maintenance, budgets, and resident relations.

Role requires two years of multi-family property management experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with HUD/LIHTC programs; certification within 1 year is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years property management experience with multi-family property supervision.
• Experience working with homeless population and affordable housing programs preferred.
• Certification within 1 year of hire for LIHTC/HUD/USDA RD is required or employer-paid.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to associates at assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with agency mission and regulatory agreements.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and occupancy targets.
• Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and vendor negotiations.
• Maintain resident relations and enforce community policies.
• Coordinate with Regional Operations Manager on audits and program requirements.
