Job summary

Catholic Housing Services is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at affordable housing communities in Western Washington. You will lead onsite staff, coordinate with maintenance and supportive services, and ensure residents live in a safe, compliant and supportive environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting and resident-focused service, with full-time hours, competitive benefits and a pay range of $29.15–$31.48 per hour (DOE).

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of on-site property management experience including supervising others.
• Ability to meet KPIs in Property Management.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and property management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess Washington driver's license, insurance and dependable vehicle.
• Background check and knowledge of landlord-tenant and fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and supervise onsite staff.
• Ensure compliance with housing requirements and landlord agreements.
• Manage budgets and financial processes for properties.
• Coordinate with maintenance and supportive services teams.
• Maintain resident relations and address complaints promptly.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and funders.
• Provide leadership during emergencies and uphold safety practices.
• Schedule and oversee health, safety, and pest inspections.
