Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Property Manager to provide leadership and direction to associates at the assigned property, aligning with the mission and regulatory requirements.

Responsible for all phases of property operations, including administration, maintenance, budgeting, and delivering excellent resident services, while coordinating with Case Management to ensure wrap-around services and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in property management or related field.
• Ability to supervise multiple staff and coordinate across teams.
• Familiarity with housing regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates at the assigned property, ensuring alignment with mission and regulatory standards.
• Manage property operations, including administration, maintenance, budgeting, and resident services.
• Coordinate with Case Management/Activities Coordinator to deliver wrap-around services.
• Establish regular office hours and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Perform health and safety inspections and ensure compliance with housing quality standards.
