Catholic Housing Services is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations across affordable housing communities in Western Washington. You will supervise onsite staff, coordinate with maintenance and supportive services, and ensure a safe, compliant living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of on-site property management experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and meet KPIs.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Valid Washington driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Familiarity with landlord-tenant law and fair housing.
