Job summary

The Statler Residences, operated by Cushman & Wakefield, is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily communities. You will prepare move-in ready apartments, handle basic repairs, and contribute to exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include timely response to requests, grounds maintenance, and adherence to safety standards. Prior experience and licenses are preferred, with potential after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II/CPO or local city certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and basic carpentry.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
