Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with on-call repairs after hours when needed.
