Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Postmark Apartments in Stamford, CT. You will deliver quality move-ins, address resident service requests, and perform diverse maintenance tasks to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable living spaces.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance, with on-call responsibilities and a commitment to superior customer service.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II license and related certifications.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade/vocational equivalent required.
• Ability to read and understand policies, safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Attend trainings and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies as needed.
