Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. You will assist with operation, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings and residential units to ensure quality move-ins and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include painting, basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance, with on-call duties and travel between properties as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational schooling.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license; EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them safe and clean.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor and reports concerns to the Supervisor.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies and travel between properties.
