Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, to oversee resident-ready units and routine upkeep across properties in Texas. You will respond to service requests, supervise maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and compliance with local housing codes.

The role emphasizes quality workmanship and excellent resident service. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of related maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification (or local equivalent), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification (or local city requirement).
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs to ensure a quality product.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge of plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and life safety issues.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks; ensures safety and cleanliness.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports budget-impacting maintenance issues to the property manager.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Attends training and adheres to housing laws, codes, and Cushman & Wakefield policies.
• Provides superior customer service and professional representation of the company.
