Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting, carpentry, and cleaning duties.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Operate safely, follow all Cushman & Wakefield safety procedures, and report issues to supervisor.
