Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant, Multifamily Elliot Norcross, to support resident services and ensure quality move-ins. You will handle tasks from preventive maintenance and basic repairs to grounds upkeep, while upholding safety policies and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or trade/technical/vocational schooling.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification preferred.
• Related maintenance experience in multifamily or residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Market Ready apartments (painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs).
• Responds to resident requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance tasks as scheduled and follows safety policies.
