Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. You will support move-ins, respond to resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

This on-site role requires punctuality and strong customer service to ensure resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include completing make-ready tasks, maintaining common areas, and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certification are required.
• Maintenance knowledge: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with cleaning and repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with professional attitude.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to after-hour emergencies as needed.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to be safe and clean.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report maintenance concerns.
