Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily (Affordable) to support our residents by delivering quality move-ins, timely service, and personalized attention. The role involves plumbing, HVAC, electrical basics, carpentry, painting, and general property maintenance across properties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent, 1+ year related experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license required.
• EPA 608 - Type II certification required.
• CPO or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Delivers on commitments to residents with quality move-ins and expedited service.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas and dog park for safety and cleanliness.
• May be on-call for after-hours emergencies and reports maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Follows all safety procedures and maintains tools and equipment.

Skills
