Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will ensure quality, taste, and presentation while delivering friendly service in a hospitable environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; prior cooking experience preferred; ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions; adherence to safety, sanitation, and vaccination policies; and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cook experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, and stand/sit/bend/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
