Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus, ensure quality, taste, and presentation, and maintain strict food-safety standards in a busy kitchen.

Ideally you have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior cooking experience, and the ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions. Residency in the service area and ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by

• Experience as a cook or in food preparation is preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep a clean kitchen.
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents and staff to provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
