Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Charlotte, NC communities. You will respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and inspections to keep the property safe and appealing.

You will collaborate with the on-site team to schedule tasks, document work, and ensure resident satisfaction and safety compliance. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment communities.
• High school diploma preferred; trade school certification highly desired.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification preferred.
• Knowledge of maintenance trades and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisor and team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety or hazardous conditions and report or correct them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
