Job summary

Camden Property Trust is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests for our multi-family communities. You will be a customer-focused team player performing make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventative maintenance as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities include responsive maintenance, safety checks, and preparing vacants for move-in, with records kept in Onesite. Ability to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment industry.
• Must read and understand English; able to read diagrams/meters.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance team to prioritize tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests and vendors.
• Identify safety issues and report or address them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and perform repairs.
• Maintain community appearance and perform light repairs.
