Essex-Property-Trust is seeking a Community Relations Representative to serve as the primary in-person contact for residents, handling inquiries, move-in/out processes, and coordinating with the Community Management Team.

This on-site role requires stellar customer service, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; weekend coverage may be needed, and a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in a centralized hub.
• Experience with CRM and property management software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications and inquiries via the CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes and paperwork.
• Address resident questions in-person and virtually when needed.
• Collaborate with the Community Management Team to support operations.
• Organize and participate in resident events as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and property information.
• Maintain attendance and comply with policies and laws.
