Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in property management with supervisory experience.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction.
• Proficient in English (read/write/speak) and able to use a personal smart device for property apps.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team handling resident communications and inquiries through the CRM system.
• Ensure seamless move-in and move-out experiences, including paperwork and identification checks.
• Coach the team to address resident concerns promptly and professionally; escalate when needed.
• Oversee portfolio tasks and calls through Funnel, ensuring timely responses and compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and property information; safeguard sensitive data.
• Coordinate occasional resident events and support operations to boost satisfaction.
