You will lead a team of community relations representatives, manage resident communications, oversee move-in/out processes, and partner with Community Management to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise staff of two or more associates.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team responsible for resident communications and inquiries via CRM.
• Ensure seamless move-in and move-out processes and paperwork.
• Coach the team to address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee portfolio tasks and calls through Funnel; ensure timely responses and compliance.
• Collaborate with Community Management to improve operations and satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and property information.
• Coordinate resident events and special projects as needed.
• Manage budgeting and office expenses within approved limits.
