Essex in Kirkland, WA seeks a Community Relations Representative to provide exceptional customer service to residents. This on-site role focuses on move-in/move-out processes, in-person communication, and responsive support via CRM systems.

You will work closely with the Community Management Team, manage inquiries, and help organize resident events while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week and independently in a centralized hub.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications via the CRM system and respond to inquiries.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes, including paperwork and ID checks.
• Address resident questions both in-person and virtually, by appointment or drop-in.
• Support community operations and resident satisfaction targets with the team.
• Assist with resident events and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
