Hunt Military Communities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and maintain community appearance. You will ensure high levels of customer service, assist with marketing tasks, and support the Community Director in policy compliance.

Responsibilities include processing work orders in YARDI, conducting inspections for tours, handling move-ins/outs, and maintaining accurate resident files and balances. Driving may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, property management, or related discipline preferred.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries.
• Coordinate and assist with requests from residents by entering work orders into YARDI.
• Provide courteous, professional, and prompt responses to inquiries and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Inspect model and vacant homes for tours and touch-up cleaning as needed.
• Administer move-in lease documents and conduct home inspections with residents.
• Coordinate move-outs, pre-inspection and final inspections, and assess damages.
• Monitor rental account balances and verify fees in Yardi.
• Maintain curb appeal and professional appearance of the office, amenities, and community.
• Follow up with residents to ensure work orders are completed to their satisfaction.
• May drive company or personal vehicle for company business.
• Participate in monthly resident retention events.
