Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and support the property management team. You will manage files, run a resident retention program, and ensure compliance with Hunt Military Communities policies.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and organized operations across the community in Honolulu, HI. You will interact with residents, assist in marketing functions, and help prepare homes for tours while maintaining high

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, property management, or related field.
• Experience in sales preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide courteous, professional, prompt responses and follow-up with residents to ensure resolution.
• Inspect model and vacant homes to prepare for tours.
• Administer move-in lease documents and inspections.
• Coordinate notices to vacate, pre-inspections, move-outs, and final inspections; assess damages.
• Monitor rental balances; verify fees in YARDI.
• Maintain curb appeal and appearance of office, amenities, and community.
• Follow up with residents to ensure work orders are completed to satisfaction.
• May support Community Director/Manager and Leasing team.
• Participate in monthly resident retention functions.
• Driving required between company sites using company or personal vehicle >50% of time.
