Job summary

Hunt Military Communities in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests with the property management team and maintain community appearance. You will support move-ins/outs, inspect model homes, and ensure superior customer service across interactions.

Responsibilities include handling lease documents, coordinating notices to vacate, tracking rental balances, and assisting the Leasing team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with management.
• Assist with move-in/out processes and leasing paperwork.
• Inspect models and vacant homes for tours.
• Maintain resident files and retention programs.
• Follow up on service requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Support marketing and curb appeal of the community.
