Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC seeks a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests with the property management team, maintain files, and support community operations. You will ensure excellent customer service, assist in inspections and leasing processes, handle move-in/out procedures, and contribute to curb appeal and resident retention.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in all weather with occasional driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience with computers and typical office software such as Email, Word, Excel required.
• Previous experience in sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all resident related inquiries.
• Coordinates and assists with all requests from residents with the property management team by entering work orders into YARDI.
• Answers resident questions and assists with resolving concerns while providing high level customer service.
• Assists in inspecting models and vacant homes to ensure they are ready for touring prospective clients.
• Administers move-in lease documents and home inspections with residents.
• Coordinates notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs and final inspections for outgoing residents.
