Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC in Piney Green, NC seeks a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and support the property management team. You will help maintain a top‑quality community, assist with marketing, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

The role involves processing work orders in YARDI, guiding tours of model and vacant homes, handling move-ins/outs, and ensuring accurate rent and fee accounting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries.
• Coordinate and assist with all requests from residents with the property management team by entering work orders into YARDI.
• Provide high level customer service and follow up to ensure concerns are resolved.
• Assist in inspecting model and vacant homes for tours and perform touch-up cleaning as needed.
• Administer move-in lease documents and home inspections with residents.
• Coordinate move-outs, pre-inspections and final inspections including charges for damages and final utility bills.
• Monitor rental account balances and ensure fees and rents are correct in YARDI.
• Maintain community curb appeal and office/amenities/model/home appearance.
• Make follow-up calls to residents to confirm completion of work orders to satisfaction.
• May perform other duties to assist Community Director/Manager and Leasing team.
• Participate in monthly resident retention functions.
• Drive company vehicle or use personal/rental vehicle for company business more than 50% of the time.
