Hunt Military Communities seeks a Resident Services Specialist in Washington State. You will coordinate resident requests with the property management team, maintain files, support marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with company policies and government requirements.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and community appearance. Responsibilities include managing move-ins/outs, conducting inspections, handling lease documents, and driving for company business if required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, property management, or related field.
• Experience with typical office software (Email, Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with property management.
• Provide high-level customer service and resolve resident concerns.
• Assist in inspecting model and vacant homes for tours.
• Process move-in/move-out paperwork and inspections.
• Coordinate notices to vacate and final utility bills where applicable.
• Monitor rental balances and ensure accurate fees in YARDI.
• Maintain community curb appeal and office/amenity appearance.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure work orders are completed to satisfaction.
• Assist Community Director/Manager and Leasing team as needed.
• Participate in monthly resident retention functions.
• Possibly drive company or personal vehicle for business more than 50% of the time.
