Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Community Supervisor to assist the Community Director and Manager in overseeing property operations and resident relations at our Camp Lejeune site. You will manage rent collection, delinquencies, leases, and reporting while coordinating with maintenance and vendor teams.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills, 2 years leasing experience, 1 year of leadership, and familiarity with YARDI or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property leasing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with YARDI preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with military community and command.
• Detail oriented with professional discretion.
• Safety awareness and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Monitors accounts receivable, posts rent, and maintains rent roll.
• Collects delinquent balances and processes tenant refunds.
• Generates and distributes daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audits records for dates requiring action and drafts notices.
• Processes evictions and attends court hearings as needed.
• Leases units and maintains lease files.
• Sends lease expiration letters and processes renewals.
• Coordinates with maintenance and vendors; handles AP invoices.
• Supervises site operations in absence of senior leadership.
• Performs property inspections and coordinates make-ready work.
• Assists with resident retention and event planning.
• Prepares weekly/monthly/quarterly executive summaries.
