Birge & Held is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to serve as the on-site primary contact for residents and prospects. You will address inquiries, present leasing options, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across screening, renewals, and billing processes.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, strong communication, and accurate data management in Onsite software, contributing to resident satisfaction and community success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• 1+ year in a customer service, sales, or customer-facing role.
• Self-starter with proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with property management software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first on-site contact for residents and prospects and build relationships.
• Address day-to-day challenges, resolve concerns, and assist with leasing options.
• Maintain accurate records in Onsite property management software.
• Collaborate with screening, renewals, AR, and resident services teams.
• Prepare reports on resident satisfaction and leasing performance.
